Eligibility

Jeanna grooms and boards small dogs under 25 pounds only. It is a firm limit, not a guideline. The number matches the small dog area at the local public parks.

Meet and greet

Every dog needs a meet and greet before a first appointment. It happens at Glen Alla Dog Park, where Jeanna’s own dog Sofie does the temperament check. If Sofie is comfortable, the pack will be too.

Neutral ground matters here. No dog has to share their own turf with a stranger on day one.

Cancellations

Vaccinations

Not yet published. Jeanna asks about vaccination status when you request a meet and greet, and confirms the full list before your dog joins the pack. Records only need to be current by the first visit, not to book.
